Where are orders shipped from?
Orders placed with August Effects are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, USA.
How long will it take to receive my order if I live in the U.S.?
Once an order is placed it, it takes generally takes 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Can I order if I live internationally?
Absolutely. We have a set rate of $15 for international shipping. In some cases, if extra import duties, customs, fees or taxes are due from your country, you will be responsible for those fees.
When are orders shipped?
August Effects ships order Monday – Saturday. Please note that orders placed on Saturdays before 2pm will be sent the same day. Orders placed on Saturday after 2pm will be sent the following Monday.
What if I need rush delivery or have problems with my order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to return your item, please contact email@example.com and we will send you a return label for your shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We will take it out of the reimbursement of your order.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
